I arrived at the customers home and they have been experiencing frequent backups for the last three years. She told me, she believes a portion of it is related to the fact her daughters have very long and thick hair, and mentioned they use a lot of conditioner that may be solidifying within the drain lines. They recently had water damage accumulate in the ceiling of their kitchen and walkway to the kitchen. Today I ran a camera inspection by pulling the upstairs hall, bathroom, toilet, and running the large camera all the way up to the stack as it exits the home, I also ran the mini camera through the master bathroom toilet. Two separate issues were found within the system. The first issue was there was approximately 20 feet of belly drain lines in the kitchen ceiling specifically affecting the master bathroom. The second issue would be a segment of approximately 50 feet of drain line in the basement that is flat and bellied on the slope. The customer also has Gerber toilets throughout
