Came in today because costumer system was making loud humming noises while running the heat. When testing unit found that inducer motor was failing and was completely rusted making inducer extremely loud and over work. Also found biological growth spreading through the system. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options, including system upgrade considering the year of the unit. Costumer decided to move forward with repairs.
