Upon arrival customer stated that downstairs heat not working, fuse was replaced due to no power at thermostat and unit still did not work. After inspection of system found unit error code was indicating a failed pressure switch. Advised customer of issue recommended changing pressure switch customer approved to have done today. Changed pressure switch and everything began to work. Blower wheel is very dirty, blower motor capacitor is testing bad. There is no in line flood protection for primary drain line. Do recommend homecare maintenance plan for both systems. Customer recently changed (16x25x1) system filter. Unit is back heating at this time. After heat side of system was fixed sent call for ac unit due to customer stating he had to replace fuse, when ac call was sent power was lost at the thermostat.
