Upstairs not heating due to a burnt out circuit board. Also, single capacitor is reading below tolerance (3.9 on a 5.0 microfarad), blower wheel is very dirty and there is a crack in the heat exchanger. System is 24 years old and not working. Sent estimates for potential repairs, but, at this age and condition, the best option would be to ⬆️ the system, with a 10 years warranty and WiFi thermostat. Set a lead to quote upgrading for the upstairs system for today. We should credit back 98,00 if customer upgrade the system. Main level system is older , r22 Freon and there is a leak in the system. Min level is not functional also. Customer is more worried about the upstairs system, at this time.
