Install a new 75 gal Bradford white water and remove old failed water heater that was found to be leaking from the casing itself. The new water heater will be installed with new shut off valves, expansion tank, drain pan, and water line connections above and below the unit. After installation everything was checked for functionality and leaks and everything works properly.
