Replace older fill valve & flapper parts Customer was experiencing a slow filling toilet and intermittent backups in toilet. We tested house for mainline blockage but we saw no signs of system backing up. Backups were coming from failing flapper closing too soon not allowing a strong flush to go through toilet. Replaced toilet fill valve and flapper. Test and flushed multiple times. Tested for leaks. Clearing successful.
