Arrived for no heat on 2nd floor 90% Trane furnace. Furnace had no displayed error codes, proceeded to check gas components and electrical. Found water inside inducer motor and sediment trap is full. Evap coil drainline is tied into furnace drain and is ran outside and due to current weather it has frozone. Spoke with homeowner over the phone and they have approved of repairs. Re-ran condensate lines and added condensate pump. Tied pump drainline into the plumbing line to prevent any additional issues. Homeowner does not have wet switch. Recommend installing proper flood protection. Waived initial service. Homeowner has decided to sign up for 3sys HomeCare. Did not complete Homecare today, that will have to be scheduled for a later date.
