Tech was out for inspection on 1 system in home. While inspecting system tech came a crossed the following no safety switch’s on evaporator coil no emergency drain pan under system. No wet switch . Condensation pump low voltage not wire up to furnace. Condensate pump inside has rust residue. Tubing coming from condensate pump is flattened. Blower wheel is needing to be cleaned. Heat exchanger is in good condition. tech tested for CO in home ( NONE ) was detected. Air flow in home is good expected for one room. Tech believes that it could be disconnected in the wall. AC system is a 2009. Evaporator coil is rusted. Condenser unit is needing to be chemically cleaned , contactor is pitted. Last visit tech spoke with customer about /AC unit has noncondensibles. Noncondensibles are. gases, often air, or moisture, can cause significant problems in systems this is due either improper installation or improper maintenance gauges.
