No air flow to the basement. Only two supplies vents and one small return to cover the entire basement. Back room and bathroom has no registers at all. It’s a 2.0 tons ac and 60k btus furnace. Both supply vents are not blowing air (possible bent or not connected to the trunk line). Will need to cut Sheetrock to find out. Furnace is 34 years old and heat exchanger is super rusted and compromised. Also, blower wheel is impacted and dirty. Draft inducer motor is overamping and there is regular silicone sealing the draft inducer motor (should have any silicone or at least, fire proof supply one). Due to all the issues and air quality, the best option would be to upgrade the system, add a supply and return to the back room and a supply to the bathroom (basement). Set a lead for tomorrow after 3 pm for a free quote to upgrade the system and fix all issues. No drain pan under the systems , nd neither any type of flood protection installed.
