Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on all 3 HVAC systems in the home (upstairs, main floor and basement). Tested heating, auxillary heating and zoning from the thermostats. Measured the electrical component readings and ductwork. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Checked the 4” media filters and recommended ordering replacement Goodman/Amana brand 5” filters instead. Reported findings to the customer. Customer approved to separate the office from the master bedroom zone. Re-wired the zoning and ensured that the system functions properly. Reported results to the customer.
