During our visit, the customer mentioned they had a water heater that was leaking and wanted a quote to replace. Upon inspection, I noticed they had two water heaters. They were installed in a series and the left unit was leaking. I spoke with the customer about a few different solutions. Multiple estimates were provided and presented. An estimate was approved for replacing both water heaters. The 13 year old tanks were replacing with two new 50 gallon gas water heaters. Each water heater received an anode warranty extension kit. This increased the manufacturer warranty to a total of 10 years. A new grundfos Alpha recirculating pump was also installed. The customer downloads the Grundfos go app and I helped him setup the pump. The customer is aware that the water heater venting is not up to code. One of our hvac techs provided a quote to correct the venting. The customer is responsible for making the decision on proceeding with their quote or not. While installing the water heaters,
