A customer has multiple pin hole leaks coming from the hot and cold lines.That lead up to the water heater. We found this out by the customer agreeing for us to do a leak search by cutting up and open the sheet rock in a closet behind the water heater. Cut a roughly five foot by foot and a half.This section of sheet rock out to expose the hot and cold lines coming out of the slab with multiple active leaks. The pressure on the house is also approaching one hundred. This is an h o a community, and there is only one shut off for the entire community with a communal p.R v for the same line. Notified the customer that there would need to get a hold of their hoa.In order to have the pressure, reducing valve replaced. A customer did not move forward with our quote to do the water line repairs at this moment.
