For this job, the customer stated they had an issue with the two three handle shower valves upstairs, and the other issue was a flange which was to high causing the toilet to float. We checked other potential issues in home, and found the water pressure was high, and a failed expansion tank. To fix issues the customer opted to go with option two. So we replaced the three handle stems, and seats. We also lowered the flange in the half bathroom, and reset toilet. We also replaced the PRV, and thermal expansion tank on the water heater.
