Home care inspection on three systems. . Major repair was done on all three systems back on November/25. Replaced min level and basement filters (upstairs still good). All systems has all safeties flood protection devices installed and all three systems has APCO-x installed. . Main level system is little low on Freon , and works with r22 Freon , that has been phased out on Jan 2020. Ac is 21 years old and not cooling properly and will affect the humidity level in the house, specially on hotter days. . Basement system is 12 years old (ac) and it’s low on Freon (. 410a). Possible leaking in the evaporator coil and in other parts also. . Upstairs system is 18 years old (ac) and working fine. But, due to the age of the system, it will work longer and will increase the electrical bill in the house and can affect the humidity level in the house, as well. System not efficiency anymore. .
