Inspected for issue. Found that the drains for the hvac, T&P, and pan drain were tied together and drilled into the side of the sewer ejector pit. Removed this piping and repiped correctly. PVC male adapter was broken inside of the T&P. Replaced safety valve. Ran drain piping to the exterior of the home. Capped pipe on side of ejector pit and pan drain. Suggested replacement of the pump pit. This service was declined. Expansion tank is not correctly installed. Replacement was declined. Tested for leaks and function, all good. T.E.
