Today I came out for 1 system Home Care. Furnace is located in the crawlspace. When I opened up the furnace I found water sitting inside near drain tubing. I couldn’t pin point where the water is coming from, but something we need to keep an eye out for. I inspected all electrical components, checked gas pressures, static pressures, blower wheel, evaporator coil, heat exchanger, duct work, cleaned flame sensor, cleaned inducer draft tubing, changed the filter, and cleared drain lines. Blower wheel and evaporator coils have dust and debris built up on them. Biological growth is present around the evaporator drain pan. Both supply and return ducts have dust and debris all throughout. Duct work is ripped/torn all throughout and needs to be re-insulated. Condenser coils are heavily impacted with dirt and debris. After going over all my findings and options, Katherine has decided to move forward with cleaning the condenser and replacing Filter. All work has been completed and tested. It w
