Called out for a home back up the bathroom in the master the kitchen sink and the laundry room were backed up on arrival. Septic tank wasn’t full,clean out wasn’t holding. Ran the cable inbound on the cleanout to relieve blockage. Blockage with tissue pulled the toilet and reset the toilet with a new wax ring replaced flapper and readjusted fill valve.
