Client has us out today because their water bill has been increasing for the last 2 months and now there’s water pooling up beside the house. I did a meter isolation test and was able to confirm there is a leak on the main water service. I presented options and today client chose to just go with a repair, I dug the area up and found the leak to be on the 3/4 blue poly service line. I made a repair and pressurized the line with no leaks. Client is happy with work performed, no warranty on spot repairs for water service, especially with blue poly.
