Came in for a no heat call. System is has been cycling on and off costumer stated. When testing system found that gas valve had failed due to age of the system. Also found airflow issues due to bio growth spreading inside the system. Let’s costumer know about this issues and presented options including system upgrade considering the years of the unit. Costumer decided to move forward with repairs. Work was done and tested. System is now up and running. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
