My experience with TE Certified was nothing short of first class! In a moment of uncertainty and honestly fear of what might be wrong Jason and Dylan brought comfort and understanding to an uncertain situation. They were patient, informative, and funny at the same time. Our interaction has made us customers for life. Being a first responder it’s rare that I find myself needing comfort from someone else, I must say that they did a fantastic job putting me at ease, but more so providing a solution to my family’s issue.
