No Heat - Only system System not heating due to age and worn components. Flame rectifier is weak and sooted up causing the system to ignite and shut back down. The inducer motor is weak and over amping. The igniter is weak and below operating parameters, the blower wheel is dirty, the heat exchanger is compromised, the burners are dirty and deteriorating, the evaporator coil is rusted and covered in debris. At 20 years old this system has exceeded its life expectancy and all parts are subject to failure at any moment. No warranty can be provided due to the equipment’s age and condition.
