Completed a fall maintenance on one HVAC system. I expected the heat exchanger, burners, and ignition components for safe operation. I adjusted the gas pressure to manufacturers specs. I checked blower assemblies, airflow, settings, electrical connections, breaker sizing, and motor amp draws to verify proper performance. The outdoor condenser is dirty and needs a good cleaning. Also, the capacitor has failed. I replaced customers dirty filter and collected payment. No other issues. Customer is happy.
