Homeowners recently purchased the home and wanted an inspection of the plumbing. Found numerous issues and gave options for new and repair. Shut off the water to the home and drained down the system. Connected to the main water coming into the home and installed a new ball valve, PRV, ,and Streamlabs whole home water monitoring system and ran a new 1" water line to the entrance of the crawlspace. At the entrance of the Crawlspace set up and installed 2- Halo 5 Whole home filtration units in parallel with the discharge running to the exterior of the house. Removed the existing ¾" water lines running to the water heater and increased it to 1" until the split to each of the water heaters for hot and cold. The recirculation return line was connected to the hot outlet at the water heater. Disconnected and ran the return line separately connecting to the water heater.
