Customer had a leak that was going down into garage ceiling. Discovered it was a toilet leaking from tank to bowl gaskets. Provided options to address issue and customer chose band aid repair option which was toilet rebuild. Performed rebuild installing new tank to bowl kit, fill valve and flapper.
