Main level not heating due to a bad condensate pump. Replaced pump nd system works. Heat exchanger has some heavy cracks, blower wheel is dirty, biological growth in the evaporator coil, flame sensor and igniter wear. System is 17 years old and has a big crack in the heat exchanger. For safety purpose, the best option would be to upgrade the system. Set a lead for today to quote upgrading for the main level system.
