Customer was experiencing a leak in the upstairs tub. We noticed that the overflow seals had failed. Originally we had opted to just change the tub trim, including the seal, but the aged PVC drain had gotten brittle and failed. So we replaced the entire tub and waste overflow. We replaced the trap as a courtesy. Removed a shower valve and second handle and installed the existing Kohler shower head. Tested the tub waste overflow filled and left without any more leaks and verified after 10 minutes of running water into the overflow.
