For this job, the customer stated that they have not been able to turn on the water to the freestanding tub in the master bathroom. We figured out, and showed 5e customer how to turn the faucet on. The customer also stated that they had one of our techs out a year ago, and showed them some issues with the install of the water heaters. The customer opted to go ahead, and take care of issue with install, we transitions the units from a series setup, to a parallel setup. We also added new shut offs to isolate each unit in case there is ever any issues. We performed work, and tested everything. Thank you for choosing Te certified.
