Main Floor - No Heat - 6 year old Trane System The heating system was found inoperative due to a failed condensate pump. The pump reservoir was full of water and had activated the safety switch after failing to properly discharge condensate. Replacement options were reviewed with the homeowner, including: • Replacement of the condensate pump • Installation of a wet switch safety device • Enrollment in our preventative maintenance program to help reduce future breakdowns At this time, the homeowner approved Option A – condensate pump replacement. The condensate pump was replaced, tested for proper operation, and the system was monitored in heating mode. The system is now operating properly at the time of service. Thank you for choosing T.E.
