Upstairs system not cooling and blowing warm air instead. Heat pump system, still running in heat, even when thermostat is calling for cool. Reversing valve was stuck on heat mode. I was able to unstuck and system started to cool the house. Evaporator coil is covered by dirty and dust, so the blower wheel. Also, no in line switch, for the drain line and air handler is sitting on a wrong type of drain pan. Supply plenum is very dirty as well. System seems to be low on Freon. I only can determine after evaporator coil and blower wheel being cleaned up. Right now, there is a huge air restriction thru the evaporator coil and it’s contaminating the air quality. System is 14 years old and has some issues . Sent estimates for potential repairs (not recommend), and, at this condition and age, the best option would be to upgrade the upstairs heat pump system, and bring safety, comfort and efficiency back to the house.
