Mr. Brandon was amazing. I love his customer service when he came out to the house. The first time he showed me everything that was wrong from someone else coming out and what occurred. He gave me different options of how to rectify the situation and I asked for him to fix the situation. He stayed at my house until it was done and completed everything for me. I always use this company, but the customer service I get from TE CERTIFIED has always been top-notch!!
