During our visit, the customer mentioned the temperature and pressure relief valve on the water heater was letting water out. I noticed he had a bucket under the t&p and it was about 1/4 of the way full. The bladder in the expansion tank was ruptured which caused the t&p to relieve water at a consistent rate. Estimate were provided to repair the issue. An estimate was approved for the repair to be made. A new thermal expansion tank was installed and pumped up with 70 psi. A new temperature and pressure relief valve was also installed and connected to the original discharge line. These repairs were tested for leaks and functionality after completion. Thanks for choosing Te Certified!!!
