Basement level. Bathroom faucet leaking from hot water distribution line inside the cabinet space. Water was already off to the home. Still very slowly leaking. This is on gray polybutylene. Customer agreed to our quote to repair the line by replacing the shut off valve.And a portion of the line inside of the cabinet. After doing so, we slowly turn the water back onto the home and primed.Any air that was potentially in the lines and then turned the water heater back on. The water heater is 12 years old. I also expressed to the customer that they really need to replace the gray polybutylene.Within the home, as this is not their first repair.And the house is over thirty years old.
