One system diagnostic for upstairs unit. Customer stated they replaced the board, flame sensor, and gas valve. Upon visual inspection, found improper, gas connections and sediment trap, the upstairs unit is a 80% and the attic is completely spray foam, the return Plenum is not supported and is coming apart from tape, no flood protection at all, inspected evaporator coil and found it rusted with growth forming inside of Plenum and cabinet. When starting up the unit the system would go through the process up until the activation of the gas valve. Check leads to the gas valve and found that the board is only producing 20 V. The blower capacitor is failed, the blower wheel is dirty, drain line does not have any pitch and is not inside of the pan at connections, also all of the boots from the supply and returns are not insulated.
