Excavate trench from water meter through the yard under the sidewalk at the front steps into the flower bed at front right side of home under bay window at water service penetration. install new HDP pipe from existing meter in trench to Watermain service penetration and foundation wall under bay window on the front of home install new courtesy shut off valve in front of existing meter install new watts 25AUBPRV on main service in ceiling of basement install new three-quarter full port ball valve for whole home shut off on service line inside basement test system seal foundation wall inside and outside with hydraulic cement and tar filling excavation holes/trench cleanup
