Met with customer and spoke with them regarding the issue they are experiencing. Customer showed us inside and stated that they had family/guests over yesterday and their drains clogged in both upstairs bathrooms. This affected all of the fixtures upstairs. Customer states they attempted to use the bathroom this morning before our arrival and when they did they heard a loud noise of rushing water and their toilets flushed and fixtures cleared. This suggests that the blockage cleared itself due to head pressure in the drain line. We inspected all bathrooms in the home and ran every fixture thoroughly and flushed all toilets with toilet paper. Everything ran properly. We also looked at the outside cleanout to make sure it is not holding water in the sewer. Cleanout is empty and sewer appears to be functioning correctly. Home is roughly a year old. Since the issue resolved itself customer was not charged for any repairs or drain clearings today and was only charged a trip fee. Customer de
