For this job, we worked on fixing the wiring in a outlet box in the living room. previous electrician did not pigtail wires. Instead, he backstabbed the outlets and used a jumper from one outlet to another. one of the neutrals coming in was loose due to the backstab method which caused the rest of the circuit to not work. we fixed the wiring and reconnected the outlets. Everything is working properly. left estimates to redevice the house to avoid this issue in the future.
