Customer stated she hears water leaking/ dripping in crawlspace near hall bath toilet. Found that the fill valve is worn-out and constantly running causing the water noise and is also running up the water bill. Inspected crawlspace but no issues/ leaks found. Replaced fill valve and supply line. Tested good and working properly. Also found water damage to hard wood floors/ base boards in hallway, hall bath and master bathroom. Referred mitigation for damages.
