Called out for leak coming from upstairs bathroom ceiling into laundry room below gave customer an estimate for an inspection and to install new wax ring and flange bolts for toilet above because customer had already pulled the toilet. Customer agreed installed waxing flange bolts and caps for toilet turned water onto the toilet found that tank to bowl bolts Were leaking. Customer said he would take care of that himself. I recommended he do a major rebuild on his toilet.
