Customer is experiencing a toilet clogged in the basement toilet upon arrival. I tested the bathroom group to be sure it wasn’t a mainline blockage and after testing, I pinpoint it that it was a soft blockage in the toilet so I gave him an option to auger the toilet and after auger in the toilet, I was able to clear the blockage. I let the customer know that upgrade in the toilet will help prevent Blockages in the toilet and mainline. Blockages.
