2 system inspection, upon arrival systems were off, cycled systems on and inspected unit, cleaned flame sensors, checked capacitors for blower motors and found that both capacitors were weak, reading 8.1/10 mfd & 6.8/7.5 mfd, recommended replacing both capacitors, also found that blower wheels as well as ductwork are very dirty recommended getting blower wheels cleaned as well as ducts cleaned, also noticed that unit does not have any flood protection in emergency drain pan, recommended adding wet switches to prevent any water damage that may occur due to a clogged drain line, flue pipe looks to be in good condition, inducer motor bearings are starting to go bad, recommended replacing inducer motors, however highly recommended updating systems due to age of equipment. All units and electrical components are functioning properly at this time but can fail at any moment. Evaporator coil is also heavily rusted may start to leak at any point.
