Call out to address toilet making squealing sound and leaking. Upon inspection found that the toilet was running nonstop due to high pressure in the home. Advised homeowner that we could either do a rebuild on the toilet but the PRV would need to be replaced in order to be able to warranty the work. Homeowner wanted to just go ahead and replace the toilet in the hallway bathroom and in the master bathroom bundled with the PRV. Gave homeowner multiple options. Homeowner agreed on price and work was started. Began by draining water from the home. Cut out old single chamber PRV. Replaced old home main gate valve shut off with a new quarter turn ball valve and installed new Wilkins single chambered PRV. Replace toilets in upstairs master and hallway bathroom with new customer supplied glacier bay toilet. Upon completion of homework re-introduced water to the system and tested all work for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is functioning properly. Advised homeowner is there
