Customer had an issue in the master bathroom toilet whenever he flushed. The toilet water would just rise and slowly drain but no tissue went down with it. So upon arrival, I tested the entire master bathroom to make sure it wasn’t a mainline blockage and after testing, I’ll pinpoint it that it was a soft blockage in the toilet alone, so I gave the option to snake the toilet and after I snake the toilet, I was able to push free the toilet paper and all the water drain after testing. The toilet is working normally with no blockages and no backups.
