Customer called about a leaking toilet. When we arrived and started troubleshooting we found the toilet was loose and leaking a small amount around the base. We gave options and customer wanted to start with a basic pull and reset. Once toilet was removed we found and small fracture in the flange. I gave options to replace or repair. Customer agreed to a no warranty repair. We repaired flange with a stainless steel bracket screwed into the floor for extra strength. Installed new wax ring, bolts, and supply line. Re set toilet and tested. No issues found and toilet is now stable, flushing without leaks, and safe with a brand new stainless supply line.
