During our visit, the customer mentioned the upstairs jack and jill shower continuously drips when not in use. I spoke with the customer about what I would need to do to troubleshoot the issue. The water pressure was checked at 68 psi. I then removed the cartridge and spoke with the customer about replacing. An estimate was approved to replace the cartridge. I returned with the cartridge (Kohler GP800881) and installed it. While installing the locking ring on the trim plate, I scratched it. I made the customer aware of this. He was not concerned about it. After installing the cartridge and trim, I turned on the water to the home. I purge most of the faucets. I added clear silicone to the trim plate.
