Today Amber has called us out here because she has an issue with her kitchen sink that the garbage disposal is not working and is also slow to drain. She did had mentioned that there was bones that were put into the garbage disposal that likely caused the garbage disposal to not work anymore. I noticed the kitchen drain of the installation and it was not in the best practice of how the drains should work properly. Amber also mentioned about the showers that do not get hot enough and when I opened up, the shower handles saw that the setting was set too low and not allowing enough hot water to come out of the shower which I had adjusted and are now getting hot water. I also noticed some high concerns regarding the age of the water heater and the pressure inside of the house. The water heater is 11 years old and is going to fail sooner than later and recommend getting that replaced along with the pressure regulating valve that is holding at a stagnant pressure of 120 psi that is way too h
