The water supply line for the dishwasher blew off and flooded the main level of the home. Customer stated that all of the toilet were continuously running and most of the faucets were dripping or had a steady stream even when closed. I checked the water pressure and got a reading of 145psi. The existing PRV was also dripping from the adjustment screw. Installed new PRV and expansion tank. Expansion tank is pressurized to 70psi and PRV is set to 65psi. We purged all of the air from all fixtures, turned the recirculation pump back on, and doubled checked the water pressure. All fixtures are now operating normally. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
