Replace with uprights (2) 1/2” 155 QR brass uprights Deficiency: Out dated dry heads are due for testing. From 2020 write up: 4- SIDEWALL 155 degree quick response heads 8” long 2- SIDEWALL 155 degree quick response heads 20” long 4- PENDANT 155 degree quick response heads length unknown. Above walk in on first floor has drywall enclosing it above the drop ceiling. Need to cut access to reach. Also need to cut access hole in women’s restroom to reach back sidewall head. ALL DRY BARREL HEADS NEED A “T” FITTING AND PLUG TO BE PROPERLY INSTALLED.
