They did a decent job on the cleaning however we have had multiple issues with service the past few times and they are as follows: The floor was left very dirty and greasy. The hood was not put back together properly. We did not know they were coming because we never confirmed the time was good for us. When sending a confirmation email asking if a date and time works and we did not confirm you should not have sent out your crew.

The back door was left unlocked. The grease in our fryers had pieces of plastic and water in them. They left the trashcans full of their trash including throwing out some of our towels away.

One issue is that our grease trap still drips out of trap and when powerwashing it really just sprayed a lot of tar all over and we have to further clean-up. If that can be taken care of we are happy.
