Jessica was absolutely great in handling the issues we had with our cleaning. She is very great at what she does! The clean was not the best this first time around but Jessica definitely made it better

There was some confusion on the EDT versus CDT time and it took three scheduling attempts to get the time of the cleaning set. There needs to be some communication between the actual team doing the cleaning and the customer, a simple text would help sort out the time of day for efficiency on both sides. My ratings are based on this last experience only.

After your crew finished, they only partially reconnected the gas hose for the flat grill. Grill would not work the following morning, so we had to call a service tech at $105.00 per hour. We checked the gas hose before calling but it appeared to be connected. It was not. Crew also left a mess on the floor.
