I thought my Manager was nuts when he kept complaining about the grease buildup so soon after the "cleaning". I reviewed the camera footage finally and the techs didnt clean the hoods....it looks like the struggled to find the lights and ended up leaving. This is very disappointing since I already approved payment assuming that the job was completed.

Our oven hood makes a clicking sound like something is lose and rattling around in there. There were gloves left in our parking lot that match a pair left in our trash can and the sinks had black stuff in them.
